A heritage winner. Easy to grow, but as the name suggests, with a lazy start, by planting early summer in warmer soils, you will get better growth. Plant bush beans early and follow up with this prolofic producer of fleshy, tender, stringless beans. As with all climbing beans, they like to wind up poles or other plants. Try planting with sunflowers or corn or make teepees of bamboo or sticks.
